Hi, going in order in our locanda there's an elevator so no problem for the acces. For the secon question we have only few rooms canal view. We beg You to be more precise asking when in case You wish make Your reservation. Thanks. best regards

from the SANTA LUCIA station , to reach us by vaporetto line 1 or 2 in the direction of rialto / SAN MARCO, the SAN ZACCARIA. the triple room has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, we have the option of both a room on the canal and a room on the square

Hello, surely it's possible. There is no additional fee BUT our reception is open untill 6 p.m. for later check in we send instructions for SELF CHECK IN. SELK CHECK IN is very very easy . We'll wait for You in Vemice!

yes LA LOCANDIERA is very close to piazza SAN MARCO. must take the Vaporetto to the SAN ZACCARIA stop which is about 250 meters from us

hello, we can prepare the room with single beds. from Treviso airport, shuttle buses leave for Venice, arriving in Venice in Piazzale ROMA there is the VAPORETTO line 1, stop at SAN ZACCARIA. the stop is about 300m from the hotel

Good
Perfect location, big room, very clean, a kettle and selection of tea in the room.
There is no reception desk (they give you a code for a self check in) and no one to talk to , no air condition, very noisy at night and a lot of mosquitoes, hard mattress

Lovely stay, would recommend for location and price
Great location, quiet spot but 1 minute walk to Bars and restaurant’s. Room was great, just how you would expect in Venetian style.

Wonderful
very clean and basic, good location close to san marco square
housekeeping came as we woke up everyday unfortunately (that’s on us) so our room was never cleaned during our stay, which was perfectly fine, we just ran out of toilet paper and had to buy more as reception isn’t always open.

Great cost friendly place to stay at the centre of Venice.
Had a room for 3 and the room was spacious always clean and the bathrooms the same. Great water pressure and alot of wardrobe space. Amazing location 7min walk to the main square. Fridge provided in the room.
Staff were not on the premises for 3 out of the 5 days. However if ever needed phone number was provided.
